You will manage a variety of engagements, ensuring high-quality standards while empowering clients and colleagues through a supportive, community-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Leadership: Plan, supervise, and complete audit, review, compilation, and agreed-upon procedure (AUP) engagements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all projects are completed within budget and meet firm quality control parameters.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor staff on technical accounting standards and the specific computer programs utilized by the firm.

  • The Right Fit: A personal philosophy rooted in service and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those around you.

You’ll find a strong sense of support among employees and a collaborative environment where your voice is heard. This is an opportunity to be a well-rounded leader in a boutique setting that values your contribution to the firm and the local community.
