In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for high-level business, individual, and trust/estate returns. You aren’t just a number-cruncher here; you are a key relationship manager and advocate for our clients, helping them navigate intricate tax questions and representing them before tax agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Level Review: Review (and occasionally prepare) complex tax returns for businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and represent them in communications with the IRS and other agencies.
- Expert Research: Dive deep into complex tax research to provide accurate, high-quality guidance on technical questions.

Compensation/Benefits
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 3%–5% employer contribution.
- Health: Medical and dental insurance (Firm pays 100% of employee premiums).
- Wealth Support: H.S.A. contributions ($50 per pay period).
