A CPA firm is seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to support small business owners and high-net-worth individuals with proactive, year-round tax planning as part of a team focused on doing taxes differently.

You’ll be a great fit if:
- You like to find ways to save people money on taxes
- You have a solid understanding of how the tax code works (specifically for business entities)
- You want to host tax planning kickoff calls, implementation calls and quarterly calls to help provide tax advisory services to our clients throughout the year
- You will be delighted to prepare or review returns that showcase the final tax savings our clients will receive
- You will be interested and intrigued when complex clients are signed up and are uniquely interested in spotting potential tax errors when reviewing a client’s accounting system
- You want to help train internal staff and build an incredible tax advisory team
To be considered, you’ll need:
- 5+ years in public accounting doing boring tax work
- 1+ years of managing a team of 3 people or less
- A CPA license, be an Enrolled Agent or have an LLM/JD in tax
- An insatiable hunger to find a way for our clients to save money on taxes
