Accountingfly is a growing recruitment agency with a focus on the accounting and finance niche. We’re looking to add a Remote Recruiting Coordinator to our team. Part-time, contract.  

In this PT role you will use your prior recruiting experience to manage our job postings though our ATS with job boards and on social media. This is a great opportunity with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain job postings on ATS – ensure jobs are active; re-write/freshen job descriptions. 
  • Work with outside job boards – post jobs, evaluate candidates, track spend. 
  • Post jobs on social media. Manage company social media accounts; develop social media plan. 
  • Keep ATS updated. 
  • Support Recruiters by sourcing candidates in ATS for open jobs. 
  • Support sales efforts; manage email campaigns to warm sales leads. 
  • Update applicant records in our applicant tracking system (ATS); maintain forms, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Assist Recruiters and Sales with various administrative duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a recruiting agency. Experience in the accounting and finance industry is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mail Chimp including previous experience developing email campaigns. 
  • Enjoys writing some marketing experience a plus. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy is key
  • Word Press experience a plus. 
  • Proficient with Google Docs
  • Tech Savvy
  • Must have reliable Wi-fi access and a home office workspace.
