Our client is searching for an experienced REMOTE Client Engagement Specialist, Cloud Accounting to join our Growth team in a time of hyper-growth. This role will help new and established clients either enhance their financial department or act as their outsourced accounting and HR resource.

About the position:
- The Growth Associate reports directly to the Director of Growth.
- This position will identify, source and close on prospects.
- Work closely with other key departments as we win, onboard, and implement new clients.
- The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales,
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and find creative ways to market services.
- A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
- Managing a pipeline of new and potential clients as well as internal and external referrals
- Developing business strategies and pitches
- Using your expertise in identifying new business opportunities
- Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understanding the breadth of firms service offerings so you can confidently provide clients with personalized engagements that fit their needs
- Assisting with sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Managing multiple engagements and adhering to deadlines
- Align yourself with sales goals and key objectives of team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years or more of experience in client-facing sales and business development
- Superb communications skills
- Possess strategic selling skills
- Experience or knowledge of Saas, ECommerce, and High Growth companies industry nuances
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Accounting technology and automation is a huge plus
- Knowledge of sales agreements and HubDoc
- Strong, independent thinker
- Superior conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fully remote team environment
