Remote Tax/Business Advisory, CPA Firm

CPA Firm is looking for a strong Tax Advisor. Strong national, regional or local CPA firm experience is highly desired.

Location: REMOTE within the US
Compensation: $85,000- $115,000 DOE
 
*Salary is based on experience. Review experience of tax senior and peer managers preferred for Senior candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm
• CPA having already attained the position of manager at their current CPA firm or EA
• Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
• Significant experience reviewing and adjusting financial statements for businesses
• Ability to advise business clients on accounting applications, tax planning, and understanding their financials
• Significant experience in a paperless environment using tax software
• Able to manage client relationships from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to meet with prospective clients and prepare proposals in response to RFP for business clients
• Attend industry meetings and conferences and network with clients and potential clients
• Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff including review of returns and related workpapers, provision of review comments and follow up
• Maintain client relationships throughout the year, sharing knowledge with the client and adding value to the client relationship
• Provide value to overall firm strategy and management
• Actively participate in the firm’s marketing program
