A locally owned, 150-person CPA firm is seeking an experienced Remote Tax Accounant with Trust and Estate experience to join their family-friendly firm.

Compensation: $80,000- $120,000 DOE
As an Experienced Tax Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of complex gift, fiduciary, trust and estate tax returns.
- Conducting detailed reviews on a variety of tax returns and raising potential tax issues.
- Completing tax planning for clients.
- Performing research on technical accounting and tax issues.
- Mentoring staff, offering guidance and direction.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client matters.
- Performing other accounting and tax duties as needed.
Education, experience, and skills we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a public accounting firm, including preparation and/or review of gift, fiduciary, trust and estate tax returns.
- CPA license preferred but not required.
- Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and tax.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities well.
